Deborah Bey is an entrepreneur, who has worked in the philanthropic, public, and private sectors. She has over 15 years of experience working on political campaigns and civic engagement projects targeting young people of color.
She is a firm believer that social change starts with grassroots collaboration led by those whose voices have been silenced in politics.
When not trying to defeat Republicans at the voting booth, she is a community development leader who has 20 years of experience bringing people and organizations together to re-envision how we design and inhabit public spaces.
Bey advises government agencies, foundations, and campaigns on the strategic use of data to foster collaborative strategies; support infrastructure planning and development, provide more effective disaster responses, and analyze gaps and opportunities in the civic innovation field.
