Ayesha’s Towards 2040 Fellowship Project
Meet 2023 “Towards 2040 Creative Leadership” Fellow, Ayesha Riaz. Ayesha's passion lies in studying issues around housing and the use of public space.
Ayesha Riaz is a designer with a background in architecture, urban planning and policy, and photography. She is interested in technology, film, transitions and in-betweens. Riaz is researching urban agriculture, repurposing industrial infrastructure, and architectural education in previously colonized countries and the diaspora. Her work is focused on intersections, specifically within the built environment and using hybrid methods to instigate people to ask questions about the spaces around them.
